High-availability Remote Units (RUs) with PoE support for indoor use in Huawei Agile Distributed Wi-Fi Solutions. Mount on walls, ceilings, or in an 86-type box and connect directly to a central AP. All units include an IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac wireless module and can work on both 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz frequency bands. Onboard intelligence supports comprehensive RADIUS security and QoS policies for BYOD and enterprise mobility. Built-in antenna and covered LED indicators allow RUs to be installed virtually anywhere without affecting interior design or decorations. Versatile RUs with PoE support used in Huawei Agile Distributed Wi-Fi Solutions; connect to a central AP for resilient wireless networking indoors - Complies with IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac, supports 2 x 2 MIMO, works on both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequency bands, and provides strong signals at a gigabit wireless rate - Easily mounted to a ceiling or wall or embedded into an 86-type box - Can be uniformly managed by the central AP and do not use license resources - Supports wired and wireless users: the R240D supports downlink Ethernet interfaces for connecting wired users
