International Delivery Rates & Times
When you shop at Technivision, product detail page messaging will let you know whether an item can be delivered to you. To determine your location we will use your default delivery address when you are signed in to your account; otherwise, we will use your IP address.

Technivision works closely with its couriers to provide a competitive delivery experience for our customers. We determine the exact delivery charges at checkout based on the number of items, item type, weight and volume of all the items in the shopping cart, but basic guidelines for estimating delivery costs are provided below for your reference.

The total delivery cost is calculated by adding the "Per Delivery" cost and the "Per Item" or "Per kg" cost. "Per Item" costs are applied to the number of items and "Per kg" are applied to the actual weight (listed as delivery weight) and dimensional weight (delivery package dimensions - space that the item will take up in a delivery vehicle).

Technivision Global offers Expedited Shipping as a delivery option during the checkout.

About Shipping Restrictions
When you shop at Technivision, the product detail page messaging will let you know whether an item can be delivered to your location. We will also notify at checkout if we're unable to ship specific items to the address selected.

To determine your location we'll use your default delivery address when you're signed in to your account; otherwise, we'll use your IP address.

To place an order, please follow the steps below:

Go to Your Account
Click on Your Addresses.
Sign in to your account.
Edit the address you want the order to be delivered to.
Click on Cart to complete the check out process.
There are limitations, which prevent us from shipping certain products to some geographical locations in the U.A.E. The locations include limited access areas such as the western region of Abu Dhabi.

These restrictions can be related to local laws and statutes around hazardous material, large and oddly shaped items or Technivision policy. If you have a question about the shipping eligibility for a specific product, see the product detail page for more information.

There are special eligibility considerations when shipping items to domestic locations. Not all items may be shipped to these locations for the same reasons identified previously.

Additionally, we're unable to deliver large or heavy items, such as those that are 30kg or heavier, or those that have large boxes (typically larger than 110cm x 85cm x 85cm) e.g. some widescreen televisions, furniture or some fitness equipment, or high-value items to addresses outside UAE.

About Customs, Duties & Taxes
If you're ordering something for delivery to an address in a country covered by the Technivision Global program an Import Fees Deposit may be applied to the order.

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, fees, and customs duties (hereafter, "Import Fees"), which are levied by the shipping destination's customs office. Import Fees are calculated in a variety of ways, according to the destination's customs regulations. Some components that may play a role in Import Fee calculation are:

Product category (HS code)

Product price

Shipping costs

Package weight

Customs clearance channel

Portions of the Import Fees themselves (such as import taxes based on customs duties amounts)

In some destinations, no Import Fees apply for shipments falling below a de minimis value. Contact your shipping destination's customs office for more information.

To simplify the customs clearance process for you on products shipped by Technivision, Technivision offers Import Fees estimation during checkout for certain eligible destinations. For more information, visit About Import Fees Deposit.

Import Regulations

When ordering from Technivision.com, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination.
